Connecting people to the right resource — even when it is not us.
Not every need can be met by a backpack or a food box. Our outreach work focuses on resource and referral: helping neighbors find housing assistance, healthcare, benefits, employment support, and other services through our partnerships across Suffolk County. If we cannot help directly, we will do our best to connect you with someone who can.
